:: 11 : De-boning & Filleting ::

it's 11.30am...
one hour ago I just finished filleting a round fish...
thank god I still remember the method...
BUT !!!!





I forgot how to de-bone a whole chicken !!!

grrrrrrrr....

I asked Mak to buy me a whole chicken & a seabass (fish) coz I want to practice for my exam next week...
I'm done with the fish...
but the chicken is still 'perfect'...
I've been searching videos on de-boning chicken for the past one hour...
there are lots of them on the net but I still cannot find one that shows the same technique as how my chef taught us in class...
arrrggghhhhh...

ayam ku telah selamat di potong...

& better dr yg kite buat kt kelas dulu kot...

dulu smpi hancur isi ayam...

hahahah...

(gamba nnt kite letak sbb cable kt atas malas nk amik... :P )

yeaa...petang nih bleh buat chicken chop dah...

& rangka ayam tu boleh goreng jgk...

nyum nyum...
