ade yg duduk kelantan , johor , perak etc kenela balik semula selasa , then blk semula kpg utk smbg cuti balik...

& skrg kite masih nervous...

:: 11 : De-boning & Filleting ::

it's 11.30am...

one hour ago I just finished filleting a round fish...

thank god I still remember the method...

BUT !!!!

I forgot how to de-bone a whole chicken !!!

grrrrrrrr....

I asked Mak to buy me a whole chicken & a seabass (fish) coz I want to practice for my exam next week...

I'm done with the fish...

but the chicken is still 'perfect'...

I've been searching videos on de-boning chicken for the past one hour...

there are lots of them on the net but I still cannot find one that shows the same technique as how my chef taught us in class...

arrrggghhhhh...

need to search more...

:: 6 : Me in Western Kitchen ::

just wanna share this video with you all...

taken by my dear friend (using my low quality hp) during our Western Class on 16 Sept 08...

The one in scarf is me (obviously)...I was searing some beef to make beef stew...I get excited to see fire coming out & ask my friend to take photo of me with 'fire'...hahaha... :D

I am not sure why it happens so (forgot to ask the chef) but my friend told me it is because of the combination of hot oil + water from beef + fire...hmmm...let's try that again at home & see whether it is true or not...hahaha... tp kite x berani buat kt umah...hahaha
